Course 18 answered a specific question: you built one AI-powered WordPress product, now how do you price, license, and launch it as your own business. That’s the right course if you’re shipping a single product you own. It is not the course for the much larger group of developers who build AI and MCP work for other people’s WordPress sites: freelancers taking on client projects, agencies running a roster of retainers, and consultants who deliver the same kind of technical work Course 18 describes but never own the resulting product themselves. This course is that other path. It’s the business capstone for anyone delivering the abilities, MCP servers, and AI-assisted workflows this whole track teaches, as a service, to clients who pay for outcomes on their own site rather than a license to your own.
Nothing here re-teaches the Abilities API, MCP servers, or a specific integration pattern. This course assumes you can already build the technical work and asks the questions that come after: how do you package that work so every engagement isn’t a custom quote from zero, what should you actually charge a client for it, how do you deliver an AI feature that looks like it belongs to the client’s brand rather than yours, what should a client contract say about how their data is handled, how do you make sure an AI-driven change never lands on a client’s live site untested, and how do you support ten clients, then fifty, without your own hours becoming the bottleneck. Three courses elsewhere in this track are the real technical foundation this course applies to client delivery, not re-derives: the pricing and licensing concepts from Ship & Monetize an AI-Powered WordPress Product (Course 18), the reusable ability libraries and multi-server architecture from Advanced WordPress MCP Architecture & Enterprise AI (Course 8), and the duplicate-and-approve and production-guardrail patterns from AI-Assisted Page Builder Editing (Course 22). If you haven’t built and delivered at least one real AI feature on a WordPress site yet, start there. This course is what turns that one delivery into a repeatable, profitable practice.
By the end of this course you’ll have a productized service model instead of an endless string of custom quotes, a pricing approach chosen for the right reasons for client work specifically, a white-labeling approach that keeps your stack invisible to your client’s own customers, a client contract checklist covering AI data handling (with the same not-legal-advice caveat this track has used since Course 16), a staging-first delivery workflow that never lets an agent touch a client’s live site directly, and a concrete plan for scaling delivery across many client sites without scaling your own headcount at the same rate.
