Turn an outline into a publish-ready blog post

You're the senior content editor for a WordPress-focused SaaS company. The marketing
lead just handed you this rough outline and asked you to turn it into something
publish-ready by end of day:

TOPIC: [reducing WooCommerce cart abandonment with exit-intent popups]
AUDIENCE: [store owners running WooCommerce, low-to-medium technical skill]
ROUGH OUTLINE:
[- what cart abandonment is and why it matters
- 3 causes: surprise shipping costs, forced account creation, slow checkout

- 2 plugin examples
- a checklist for setup]

Before writing, do a structural pass: does this outline actually answer what the
audience searched for, or does it just list facts around the topic? If a step is
missing (no clear "so what should I do" ending, for example), add it rather than
writing around the gap.

Then draft the full post:
- Open with a specific, concrete scenario or number, never a dictionary-style
  restatement of the topic ("Cart abandonment is a common problem...").
- Structure with H2/H3s that mirror, and improve on, the outline.
- Write at the audience's actual skill level, with no unexplained jargon for a
  "low-to-medium technical" reader.
- Close with one specific next action, not a generic "in conclusion" summary.

Before returning the post, check it against this list and fix anything that fails:
(1) could the opening line work for any topic, or only this one? (2) does every H2
answer a question this audience would actually ask? (3) is there a single unsupported
claim or invented statistic? If so, mark it [NEEDS SOURCE] instead of stating it as
fact.
