Write captions for a team headshot grid on an About page

Our About page has a 14-person team grid. The photos were taken across three
different photoshoots over two years, so lighting and background style aren't
consistent, but the caption format needs to be, since inconsistent captions will
look sloppier than inconsistent lighting ever would.

Two special cases to handle:
1. One person on this list left the company last month, but their photo is still
   in the export batch we're working from. Flag this one by name so it gets
   pulled from the final grid rather than accidentally captioned and published.
2. One current employee has asked not to have their last name shown publicly for
   privacy reasons. Give me a caption format for this person (first name plus
   role, no last name) that doesn't look conspicuously different from everyone
   else's caption in the grid.

Write the caption format (name, role, one optional detail like tenure or a fun
fact) and apply it to the full list, minus the departed employee.
